INTRODUCTION: Benign paroxysmal positional vertigo (BPPV) is one of the most common causes vertigo. It’s considered to be cause among elderly, since 30% people reported have suffered from it at least once in their lifetime.Several studies indicated that physical therapy, including rehabilitative exercises and maneuvers, an effective treatment for BPPV. Therefore, objectives study was designed compare Brandt-Daroff exercise versus standardized technique on symptoms experienced by patients with a selected hospital Bangalore, India. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The post-test only group design adopted this study. setting ENT OPD St. John’s Medical College Hospital.
